Someone on here fabricated an internal door pull that from memory braced from the latching mech to the front of the door, giving a bar to hold to shut the door rather than pulling on the rim of the glass fiber hole,
This may have had a latch pull incorporated into it.
Anyone remember who did it?

i know i have seen photos of the side intrusion bar that was installed inside the door of a car that was apparently in Australia (presume it was a side impact engineering and registration requirement but can’t confirm). looked like a 50MM OD pipe that ran from hinge to latch. needed the skins separated in order to install....
