Has anybody successfully converted a chimera or any other tvr to use an autobox whether with a rover v 8 engine or an ls1 engine. I really want to do this and would appreciate any help or info on how it can been done .I have built and converted many cars in the past ,but dont want to reinvent the wheel if it has already been done. please help if you can.

It was an option on the Wedge, so shouldn't be too difficult. However I understand it makes the car "difficult", especially in the wet; you kick-down, you spin.
