My 520d (E60) has just been to the main dealer for a brake fluid change and all went well, except for a siezed bleed nipple on the front offside. The nipple could not be released and as such the brake on this corner was not bled.
However the rest of the brake fluid was replaced with new fluid as normal and the garage have said that there should be no issues with imbalance in the braking system.
A new brake caliper may be required in the future but, in the meantime,do you think that there are any potential short term problems?
Thanks for any advice.

It just means that one caliper will have old fluid, worse case is if you drive it hard and brake hard that side may have a lower boiling point, other than that no issues at all.
