Im going to be starting a new championship which aims to be fair to all drivers and encourage competitve racing in all of the seasons races. The basic principle is that all cars will be productions cars so no racing cars or prototypes to keep things balanced and interesting for all. Each person will pick one car to race the full season but you can tune the car in between races but must keep the same parts fitted except the tyres. Each season will have 5 tracks raced every wednesday starting at 9pm, there will be two races each night with a 10 minute qualifying session before the first race. The second race will be a reverse grid of the first race's results with the top 3 drivers having ballist added for only the second race, the ballist is as follows: 1st: 200kg 2nd: 150kg 3rd: 100kg End of Championship Prizes: 1st Place will win bragging rights and a car valued at 750k credits 2nd Place will win a car valued at 500k credits 3rd Place will win a car valued at 250k credits Rules: - Cars PP limited to 450
- Max tyre that can be used is Sports Soft
- Each race will cover 50 miles in distance
- Two types of tyres must be used in each race
- No corner cutting unless to avoid an accident
- Only driving aid allowed is ABS
- Damage = Light
Tracks: 1st: Monza w/ chicane's - 15 Aug - 14 laps - Rain 2nd: Rome - 22 Aug - 23 laps - Sunny 3rd: Special Stage Route 5 - 29th Aug - 21 Laps - Night/Dry 4th: Autumn Ring - 5th Sept - 27 laps - sunny 5th: Cote D'Azur - 12th Sept - 24 laps - Sunny

 Points Penalty's Not using two compound's: 2 points Causing a crash through bad driving: 1 point Deliberately ramming someone off: 5 points Cutting corner's: 0.5 point/time done Changing part's: 5 points

I love the sound of it but work funny hours. Some weeks I could make it and others not.
Can I hope in and out provided there is space?

What is it with you guys and Comfort tires?  Once again, the best handling car ruined by w  k tires! I Thought this was a forum for car enthusiasts? Cant we at least use Sports tires please?
