My mind may be a bit crazy but I thought a new BBC documentary was due out soon that has the same people from Lost Land of the Volcano and the other documentaries they have done. With Steve Backshaw but I can't find any info on it?
Anyone else follow these? I have looked on IMDB, BBC and Wikipedia whilst utilising Google. Can someone with more knowledge or more "Internet" skill find it?

I think the last one was Lost Land of the Tiger back in 2010, went to see Steve Backshall at one of his tour dates a couple of months ago where he was talking about the expedition.

Guessing you mean The Dark : Nature's night-time world. Has most of the lost land team (George McGavin, Gordon Buchanon - no Backshall) and is really really good. Sadly just seems to have been a bit lost with the olympics being on though: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/9426359/The-Dar...
