Hi all,
I am looking to create a very simple website for photos and wanting to use one of the web based template sites and wondering what people thoughts on various ones are. I know there are several threads running already but looking for an up dated one with the current choices. Only one I can think of at the mo is Wix but know there are others.
Any recommendations with samples would be good.
Cheers all

I moved everything to Wordpress, though I have my own hosting you can get a wordpress hosted site which would be free. I didnt want a whatever.wordpress.org domain I also scoured the web for templates that werent too obvious that they were templates, and customised some of them where I could. Depending on what you want to do, there's a ix of blogs, photo displays and everything in between. Two I have up at the moment with test content are www.howiseetheworld.co.uk and www.andyh.infoThey'll load slowly because I havent used web size photos

Although not Web based, I’ve used Serif WebPlus (now on version X6 I think) to start from scratch but gather it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
Reasonably easy to use I found (includes sample templates) but not had experience with any others to confirm

I'm really happy with Photoshelter, even though it isn't the cheapest (I do have some discount codes to make it a bit cheaper though). Other options are Photodeck, Zenfolio, Smugmug and Clickpic.
