Okay so how did you do this? a bespoke service from a dealer? Did you take it to the infamous Q? And cost? I presume this is some sort of chancellor red?

No dealer, No Q, no Works Service.

Standard decent trim shop and almost exactly 4 times less dosh than Works Service. I shall be using the same place now Nick has done the test run for me wink

Maybe me too!!

Can people suggest which colour of blue would look good for the seat and door inserts on my Mako V12V?

BTW Nick, bloody spankingly good looking interior that is now!!

Spectral Blue maybe? It would look good in your car Phil smile

This is an extract from an email to Jockman on the subject:-

"Works Service quoted £3,276.00 inc.

The guy in Leicester was £800 over the phone then £1200 + VAT when I got there.

Whilst Stratstone initially advised against any change to the interior as soon as I said it was gonna happen they wanted in on the act. £900 inc."

Basically the dealer subs it out to a local falla who I also met. The good bit is the dealer takes the car to bits and puts it back together. Altogether a very satisfying experience.

Neil it is Chancellor Red and the dealer was Hagley!!!

+1 yes

Looks great Nick....really good price too.

That suits your car colour - do you think it would suit a Tungsten Silver car ?? If not, what colour inserts would you suggest ?? smile
