Well, with the rack off, where will I get drop links or the bushes for them, also 25 mm anti roll bar bushes..

Not gold plated ones, just good old fashioned road spec rubber...

If you do just the right speed, around 65mph I recall, you get air circulation that can make a ladies flimsy skirt billow in the passenger seat.

So under the right circumstances you might just spot that spare bush you were looking for.....

Adam. I'll need to try that. But presently the tivs on stands. But believe me once it's back on terafirma I'm gonna try it.

My luck itll be an old 70's one. A big used and splitting at the edges. A good spare though.
(I wonder if it will be a 25mm)

I'll post piccies!!!! 🐱

Well got the drop link kit ordered from a RT racing. I checked the anti roll bar bushes and they're in great nick!
So when I eventually get the rack on and buttoned up and fire the new drop link bushes on it'll be like new and hopefully drive that way too.

I fitted Polyurethane drop-link bushes: by the time I'd done 500 miles they looked like they'd melted.

Don't say that. I'd hope to get a wee bit more than that. Mind that's at least 18months of ownership in miles. Especially the crap weather so far this year.

Today the Bush, ahem Bushes arrived. Not those of a pretty lady. Them of a cylindrical shape for me drop links, also the track rods were delivered too.
Just waiting for the rack now. Away being refurbed as I type.
