Where to buy micro trunking?
Discussion
Hi folks,
I have thrown yet another wireless doorbell in the bell as they never seem to work properly for more than 6 months, and bought a cheapo wired one. Hate exposed wires though and don't want to start using cable grips in uPVC/freshly painted porch, so I'm going to use some self adhesive trunking.
B&Q/Screwfix seem to do some nice "micro trunking", but it's too big for bell wire - 16mm wide and 8mm high (semi circular profile).
Does anybody know where I could find some even smaller - pref. no more than 10mm across and 5mm tall?

If it's running up the corner of two walls, bell wire would hide behind a piece or painted timber moulding, like these. Run it all the way up, just don't pin through the wire!

Cheers Tony, hadn't thought of that - they do white plastic stuff that would fit nicely. Some self adhesive quadrant trunking would do the trick as well - Maplin do some but it's huge
Want it to be as unobtrusive as possible...
This looks good:

Any idea how to fix it? Want to avoid pinning/permanent adhesive. Some sort of self adhesive strip would be good...

I got some 12x8 stuff from Screwfix last week:

That's the smallest I've ever seen; it'd be near impossible to fix it if it was any smaller. It's just big enough for 2 x cat5 cables, so still massive overkill for bell wire.
The Wickes quadrant you've linked to would probably be my choice, as it would look less out of place than rectangular trunking. I'd imagine a few good blobs of silicone would fix it.

Double sided tape might stick if plastic return bits are at 90 degrees and your walls are straight. Another idea would be to get some plastic tile trim and cut off most of the flat surface to end up with just a quarter round and enough flat to stick it to the wall with double sided again.
