This is going to sound so dumb... I have bought a new pair of Bilstein front dampers for an Elise S2 on eBay, described as follows: PAIR OF NEW FRONT SHOCKS FOR THE ELISE.355MM EYE TO EYE Thought I'd better by them because there appears to be some kind of problem obtaining them from Lotus, and the nearside front damper on my K-series S2 was flagged up as an advisory on its last MOT (light misting of oil.) Oh, that and the dampers were up for sale for £120 the pair. Checked my voicemail and the vendor asks if I can check they are the correct sort for my car before dispatching them. And that's my question in essence - are these the right sort of dampers for my car?

Deroure.com has the following part numbers if it's of any help:
2001> series 2 Front: E117C0007H Rear: E117D0009H
2004> series 2 Front: A120C0007H Rear: A120D0011H - Judging by the rest of the parts these are for the Toyota cars.
