Does anyone have or know anyone with a running muira. A little while back I had an op, and to thank the surgeon, whose dream car is a muira, I thought I'd try and fix him up a dream ride. We'd drive to you, and as a token of my appreciation, I'd take us all out to lunch.

Yes, though standing in a field in the cold mist, cheering the boy on! May have to run the line, so will then be offline and offside!

I know someone who has one.....bought it seven or eight years ago for an awful lot less than they cost now! Spent 70% of what the car cost him on getting the gearbox fixed recently...
He's pretty busy travelling a lot for work and has a young family so not sure he's the best candidate for this to be honest. If you get nowhere drop me a PM and I'll ask.

Well parts have to be manufactured to order. When my mate's one had a gearbox issue the factory had to make the parts. I suspect they are more expensive to run than an F40 but cheaper to run than a Ferrari of similar vintage. When you look at how much Ferrari's cost of similar status it makes a Muira look "cheap" IMHO given it's acknowledged as being one of the best designs ever.
