Just Got My First Ferrari!
Discussion
After being a life long fan, on Friday I finally picked up my first Ferrari!!
It's a 360 Modena, manual, TDF with tan. I'd been looking around for several months and after viewing a number of cars that weren't for me I was planning on leaving it until the spring when this one turned up in pretty much my perfect spec, in great condition and I love it!
It's a great feeling and hopefully we will have a bit of decent weather before the winter arrives.
I'd also like to say a big thank you to Tim at Walkersport. Not only for putting me in contact with the seller but also for all his help and advice whilst I've been looking for the right car, which has been invaluable. He even made time to sort a couple of bits on the car for me late on Friday evening on my way back up north - great service! Although I didn't buy the car from Tim I'd highly recommend dealing with him.
A quick pic...
Cheers,
Mike.

Fantastic! Glad you're happy with it. Love the colour! TDF is stunning in my opinion. I've never used Walkersport before, but I've spoken to Tim before (through emails & forums etc) and he has always been very helpful and appears to be pretty knowledgeable. I would certainly use him in the future!
Anyway, once you've stopped driving it I'm afraid we will need some more pictures!
Happy motoring!

congrats. Blue was a colour i would have jumped at in a flash although i was in a rush to get a car bought, like an excited child i think it took me 4 days of selling my 996 turbo to get the 360 sorted out. Since youve owned a Cerbera i wont need to warn you that the rear end is skittish. i was out on saturday morning and the roads were soaking and just could not get the power down at all, well aware that the traction control of this generation has even slower reaction times than my natural skill to correct a slide...
Thanks guys for all the comments.
I love the colour combo and definitely worth waiting for (I'd been looking for about 6 months). Must admit I always wanted a 355 but I don't really fit in them very well (6'5) and the 360 is much better for me. Reckon it's aged really well too and looks great now... not that I'm biased of course!
Thanks for the advice about watch out for the back end, I'll be taking it easy and it won't be getting used much in the bad weather/winter.
