Dropped my Tuscan off at Str8Six last Saturday and there was a German guy picking up a Grey T350 to take back with him.

There are lots of TVR owners in Germany. There is a german TVR forum

http://tvr-forum.de/index.php

and a club with 300+ members

http://www.tvrcarclub.de/

and there are more and more TVR fans in Germany, the "blackpool virus" rises faster year in and year out

It was nice to meet you at str8six on that lovely day.
I hope you are enjoying TVR ownership up in the north and the great roads there (Cattle Pass etc...).
All in the right car now. wink

Best regards to you and Mackintosh-City!

I guess you mean Bremen.

There is a regular TVR meeting in Minden/Porta Westfalica every first Sunday of the month at 11 a.m. here:

http://www.flugplatzrestaurant.de/so-finden-sie-un...

Typical pictures of one of our meetings:

If he needs any assistance he might get in touch, I am one hour away from Bremen.

Björn.

Bit of a thread revival, but having seen this I'd like to say that it was a pleasure to meet you at str8six too - fantastic looking car you've got there. I do remember thinking about your lack of roof though as I was hit by a massive downpour on the way north out of Oxford, hope it didn't ruin your day!!

Hi,
yes we were hit by the massive downpour as well,
as it is always the case when going without any roof on board. banghead

We found shelter at Oxford services and shared it with vintage roofless dream jewels (Roller/Bentley/Aston).
We could not believe when they were coming over admiring the TVR.
This made our day.

Rain stopped soon and off we went for a great drive and to meet legendary 360° Caro(l) smile
