God. Love the taught narrow bodyness of the 996GT3. It's just so no nonsense.
V small pipes, it seems. Is that the result of noise regs?

413 BHP @ Flywheel 350 Back Wheels ... on a standard GT3 Exhaust .... race system taken off to get down to 103db, very strong engine, Steve has good one there .....

this Cup car ran in GT CUP (Class 2) 2010 & 2011 along side us in Class 1.. was run by GT Marques & driven by Francis Gallachan(?).. always a competitive car!

carreraboy said: 413 BHP @ Flywheel 350 Back Wheels ... on a standard GT3 Exhaust .... race system taken off to get down to 103db, very strong engine, Steve has good one there ..... hmmm, That's a good bit short of what an 03-05 car should be making (hence my asking what year it was on your other post). you might want to give the owner a heads up so he can get it onto modas for a look over. it might be something as simple as it not seeing full throttle at full throttle, the position sensor can go off pretty easily. fwiw, theres two options for cup exhausts availsble and the quieter is 103db. It might be that that's on. There's limited options for centre exit on a 996. Standard GT3 exits at each side.

He was happy with the result only expecting 381 BHP he has taken the race exhaust off and running a standard to get on track days ..
