Anybody gonna bid? It seems pointless bidding each other up!

It's a great reg, but I've already got a plate on retention for my car... I prefer plates that belong to me (i.e. my initials), rather than the car itself.

I got V8 7LTR ( space in the wrong place, sorry ! ) from the DVLA auction a year or so ago, cost £250 plus the taxes and extra fees and more taxes, so came in at a final million quid or something, very reasonable !

I bought V8 OHV (which means something to most petrol heads) a couple of years ago, for £300 from DVLA (not at auction). The guy on the phone asked me why I had chosen this and I told him that I drove a car with an over head valved V8 engine. There was a few seconds silence, then he said "Oh, we missed out on that one!"

Bought mine off fleabay 4 years ago for 300 smackers! Wouldn't want to pay any more than that though...
They did have V8 MUM as well at the time... and I was tempted to get it for the missus... but then, she won't even get in the car.. she hates it!

Hello all I bought the reg CAN4M, I couldn't understand why it fetched so much, someone was on the phone bidding against me I assumed it was the factory or a relation, still I was having it at any price much to the surprise of the missus who was seated beside me at the auction.I thought about closing the gap but decided to keep it legal, It looks great on my S2000.
