Are the matrix type signs that flash the speed limit and a warning such as '30 Slow Down!' ?

There is one on the 30 limit road entering Hoo St Werburgh and it kept telling me to SLOW DOWN when the speedo in the 61plate hire car I was in read 25mph

The St Werburgh one is oversensitive IMO.

There are two motion activated slow down signs for junctions, the road is NSL but they blink away during 10mph traffic jams too, talk about over sensitive.

Set this off yesterday when trickling along at less than 10mph trying to diagnose a weird noise coming off the bike...

It's knackered. (the sign, pleased to report the noise was just a stone smile)
