On very cold nights there's always a build up of condensation on the inside of my XC90 front windscreen... sometimes it's even frozen on the inside.

I've checked the carpet on the floor they're dry so there's no visible sign of any leaks, but clearly water must be getting in somewhere. I wondered if there are drainage holes that commonly block up on an XC90 that may be causing the problem.

Does anyone have any thoughts, or know where the drainage holes are on an XC90?

No sure about xc90s but is the pollen filter clear? You might have a coolant leak from the heater matrix behind the dash. Like I said I don't know about the xc90s but worth a look. You will get a better idea on the VOC forums.
