Apologies for the blur, I was apoplectic with rage at the time

You probably can't quite make out the go-pro glued to his head and the red and green/blue light on his pannier bag....

What's the problem? If it keeps him safer why not? Does it cause you any inconvenience? i bet you've not ridden a bike in heavy traffic!

Difficult to judge on this situation, but if all that person is doing is wearing that hi-viz vest then the problem is with people who take special care around the police and drive like tits anywhere else...

Fairly sure it says 'polite' and not 'police'.

This. Genuinely concerned as to why someone else's (non dangerous) behaviour would cause such emotion?....

OP - what enraged you particularly?

He's one of those militant cyclists. Just catch him, then drop him on the next hill. He'll be crying inside.

Do you generally shake with rage all the time?

Weird, that.

I not quite sure why this should make someone apoplectic with rage, I would just have to stifle a snigger at someone who thinks they are being faintly humorous by replacing 'Police' with 'Polite'. Still, I prefer cyclists to be visible and look stupid than to be invisible and look like they're not there.

I'd like to thank all those who are concerned at my welfare. I should point out that I wasn't ACTUALLY shaking with rage at the time (just a fairly crap camera on my phone). In fact I wasn't anywhere close to rage. Just slightly irked at his silly vest.

Carry on.

Really ?? You need to get out of the house more.

Personally, I don't see the problem, they've been around for years.
