Ferrari F50: Time For Tea?

It's already been a good week if you're partial to a bit of Italian super exotica, especially Ferrari flavoured. Just today we've had news of the latest Glickenhaus one-offand news that Pininfarina is going to build a very limited run of its lovely 458-based Sergio concept from Geneva.

And yesterday we were geeking out over the Ferrari F50, celebrating it as a PH Hero no less. Off the back of that Ferrari specialists DK Engineering got in touch to share a little vid they made in homage to the car. So having read about it you can now sit back for some additional geekery. And if that's whetted your appetite their film on the F40 is also well worth a look.

That was a short cuppa! Beautiful - I think the F50 makes a great case for itself in the company of other F cars and respect to DK Engineering for helping keep the British fleet in tip top condition. However, that V12 doesn't need a toddler on a piano to help things along. The best Ferrari V12 road car screamer of all time?

I will venture to say that in my opinion, those looks have aged well. I actually like the way it looks now but remember being a bit disappointed as a kid when I liked the F40 so much.

I lived in Sydney back in 2006 & there was a garage that had one of these & an F40 in the window. In the flesh I actually liked the F50 better. Walked past it on my way to work & had my lotto numbers came in I'd of had it in a heart beat.

Most people seem to say the F50 is the better drive. The ultimate would have to be the F40 looks, with the F50 engine,
