Looks more like whatever version this racing type Marcos is - look how far out the lights are from the boot shutline and either how narrow the boot is or how wide the rear arches are, it doesn't look like that standard Marcos shown in the image above.

Yep. I could never understand why kit car manufacturers always picked ugly rear lights.

Grrr! Why do people always bundle Marcos in with Kit Car manufacturers? They were a 'kit car' maker for about 6 or 7 years out of the 40 or so years they were in existence. They have a similar (chequered) history to TVR and yet TVR never got labeled as a kit car manufacturer.

I think I saw a yellow one of these driving through a tunnel near Hemel Hempstead (on the way to Welwyn Garden City) on Saturday.

The sound of it's exhaust was coming back through the tunnel to me, very loudly, despite it being about 200 yards in front.

Awesome sound.
