Starter motor solenoid
Discussion
Hi folks,
In the growing list of jobs to do, another has been added whist doing the engine mounts, in that I need a new starter motor solenoid.
I'm struggling to read the part number on the casing and wondered if anyone knows more detail so I can obtain one?
I've seen ths on flea-bay and wondered if it would work?

Thanks,
Max

I used Startermotor.co.UK for my solenoid their details are in 'useful links' they are based in Plymouth. I called in but they post out.... no need to go through eBay go direct and speak directly to them. Graham
Cheers.Think I've found one on eBay from a Birmingham motor factors at a reasonable price. Just want to separate the original from the starter motor to view the end mechanism first before ordering.
All the bits are bolted back on the car. Just got to fluid up with 5.1 and antifreeze, bleed both systems and the we're good to go.
Got all the bits to piggy-back an override switch to the otter switch too but will do that after the MOT.
Thanks for all the help and advice from various peeps on here - this place always never ceases to amaze me.
