Strange Engine Noise - E90 330d

Hi All,

Just noticed a strange noise from a 2006, 100k miles 330d.

Pic of car doing load lugging duties!!!




Rather than try and describe the noise I have taken a short video so hopefully someone may have heard a similar noise and know what it is!!!

Does it get more frequent with revs?

That's not turbo side on 335d so I'm assuming it's the same on the 330d.
