Hi all, my seat's need recovering, the S is blue and the trim is grey. The dash, door card's and tunnel are in good condition. I'm thinking of recovering the seat's in blue, I think it would look O K. Doe's anybody else out there have a two colour combination.scratchchin

Kind of like this? Picture's not great, but a combination of blue and grey (the handbrake gaiter is now blue).

I have swapped the seats in mine for tan MX5 ones, although the rest of the interior is dark brown, with cream carpet, actually IMHO it looks fine.
I have thought it might need the other bits coloured the same but will live with it for now.
May even try to be clever and colour the arm rests and centre panel of console in tan and leave the rest.

On this subject has anyone found a gearstick surround in metal (either shiny stainless or chrome would be good) that fits the hole in the centre console of an S3? I'd just like to get one to protect the leatherette and improve the centre console look.

Alternatively does anyone on here have the facilities to make them and perhaps we could club together for a group buy?

Yes, I like the idea of a shiny piece of steel around the gearstick gaiter. I'll take some measurement's and see what I can find ! Just ordered some stainless steel kick plates, so would go nicely with them.yes
