3000m painted vinyl roof ?
Discussion
Hello again,
I am thinking about roof finishes and would ideally like to put a new vinyl covering on the roof.
But my existing roof appears to be painted on... Is this original or a bodge from later years ?
And if I go with a new vinyl can anyone recommend a place to do the roof AND the headlining ?
Then I will only have to remove screens once !

My '74 2500M that I had in '75 had a factory painted "vinyl" roof. I liked it, especially with the M badges on the sides.

My current '77 2500M has a factory real vinyl roof. Unfortunately, TVR stopped doing the M badges. I miss them. I'd add them but don't want to drill through my vinyl and have to undo the glued interior to reach the badge screws. (BTW, I miss the side vents too!)
