Hi,

I decided to follow Graham Varley's manual and replace the reverse switch, under the gear stick... No brake lights and no reverse, so no TVR on the road for a few weeks. Good clear instructions from Graham and within an hour, job complete smile For a bit of a mechanical novice, these little jobs are great to tackle, so give them a go smile You understand a little more about how the car works, which is pretty simple the more you do things smile

I took it out for a spin later down the twisty back roads and also noticed the brake light shines up through the sag spoiler, so I could see if they were working properly or not, as there is no indication in the car, which was very beneficial. I also adjusted the bracket slightly that holds the switch and getting it into reverse also seemed smoother as well.

Job's a goodun smile

Steve

Woops, sorry it is! It was a long day, excuse my university education and lack of grammar. I've edited the post accordingly :P By the way, I don't think you can start a sentence with an and, and certainly not without a capital letter :P Unfortunately, I don't know how to add a joker to my post frown
