well, with an hour spare today I have started playing around with laying on decals, but am now unsure... Iam not sure if I like the look of the trickflow sticker with several colours.....and dont worry - itsa long way from done!!
so should I use a multitude of manufacturers multi coloured logos OR
should I have them all changed to matt black and silver only, ala Sauber.. which is what I am swaying towards.....

well, had a little play this afternoon when I had a couple of spare moments...
just messing about with a roll of black tape to see what the car might look like with satin black panels/race decals... inside the black lines would be satin black ..

I guess some kind of Photoshop type of program would certainly help in working out which decoration would suit the bodywork.

If you are still planning to sell I would leave it silver with no numbers or colour scheme. The new owner may not want your ideas.

If you are keeping her then loose the numbers but I like the black sections contrasting with the silver.

IMO of course.

Where did you get the front end from? I prefer that older style headlight.

love the window / blend into the rear clip. mocked up mine last year to do just that as it will make the car look longer/ sleeker.

love the ideas, keep them coming

white lettering on the tyres a must.. did mine last year..

Keep the square for the number but without a number.
I don't know the legal implications in the UK for having a permanent number on the side of a vehicle in non race environments. In my part of the woods it's a no-no with a fine levied for non justified usage of an ID no.

might be getting a little bit above myself, but after reading up I am considering doing the wrapping myself... what could possibly go wrong...

You don't know if you can do something until you try.

Buy a bit extra wrap and have a go. The first attempt may not be perfect but then you can have a second go.

I try to learn something new every day (to replace the stuff I forget!!!!)

Good luck.

Hedgefinder: I will submit that tinting the side windows and front are well worth the effort. The sun gets a little bright without a bit of tint specifically on the side Windows because they are over your head not a true side window if u get what I mean by that. take care when you tint the side windows do not run part of your view of the side mirrors in tint and the other part not. Your eyes will only focus on one part or the other not both with a quick glance. Lee

Sorry, have to say the whole layout is spoiling the lines of the car for me.

Its growing on me, I'm not sure I like the grey front clam, you really should paint it the same silver as the rest of the car.

Hmm, didn't Porsche have a pink coloured 917 back in those days which had lines and markings all over it which was nick named the "pig"? laugh
