Hi, can anyone recommend where I can get genuine Bosch Coil packs for my 4.2. Also part number would be nice. Searched for hours with alternative numbers, not found anything suitable. Thanks

Hi, thanks for that but I ordered two new Bosch packs from Germany about 4 hours ago once I got the numbers. Thanks again Richiebhoy

Thats ok, the cheap ones you buy have they got a name on them, just trying to work out whether sagem are good bad or just plain middle of the road.

The Chinese ones were made by Changsha Aosky Auto Parts. My understanding is that Sagem is OEM on French made cars, in the same way that Bosch is OEM on German, and presumably of a similar quality.

How many miles do you think you've covered on the Changsha coil Packs

OK - so I've been rumbled.

Not many perhaps 8k. Took me a while to source affordable speed sensors, so I'm not really sure how many miles I've done. But they are all hot summer miles to Spa, Ring, Zolder, and once to Anglesey.

Geniune Bosch ones cost £37.41 +VAT

(Before the seller's mark-up, not sure what we'd retail them at.)

It's what it costs us, we'd put a (large) markup on that unfortunately.

Searching off Supateg's Bosch number they all seem to be around the £75-£80 mark.

I can see how much I can get off retail if you want?

Obviously, that's assuming Supateg has the correct number.

ETA: Just seen that you've bought some already.
