Does this site seem like a scam to you?

Hi.

I need to send a large parcel to Romania ASAP. My usual transport has let me down so it has left me looking for other companies and I came across this;

I have spoken with them and they seem OK, said it will be sent with TNT.
Reviews look good but I suppose that doesn't mean much as they have about 30 so could have got anyone to do it plus none of the names seem English.

Does it look dodgy to anyone else or just me?

Use Transglobal express (google it / no links), my business neighbour, solid as a rock and uses UPS / TNT and DHL

I have used them a few times before but unfortunately there price is a little high in comparison. I need this parcel there ASAP as it is a warranty repair and the customer is a little pissed.

Ok tell customer it will be sent back normal service x days if they want it quicker can they contribute ? if its essential most would do so (depends on industry I realise)

Domain first registered in 2009, UK address for registrant, but at residential premises. Registrant name matches CEO listed on site.
Looks to be compliant with DSRs.

Nothing screams scam to me - slightly amateurish, maybe, but doesn't reek of scam.
