I think I may have to replace the lambda sensors on my Chim, but how do get them out? What spanner do you use to get into the bolt head as it's recessed into the exhaust ??

You'll need a long socket.

Someone will be along to give you the size required. I don't run them so can't check, (this was a useful post smile).

Long 1/2 inch drive single hex 17mm with a slot cut all the way through full length with an angle grinder does the job nicely. The slot is to allow the cable and plug to remain in situ

+1. Just make sure the edges of the slot you cut aren't too sharp so they cut the lambda wires.

Thanks for this, i'm guessing i could use a 17mm plug socket, which i think i might have.
