The suspension on my Boxster 987.1 with PASM is starting to feel past its best at 75,000 miles and I am looking at my replacement options, I really appreciated the adjustable PASM function on a recent Euro trip and wish to retain this, so this counts out any of the R or Spyder options.

The choice as I see it is either replace with OE stuff or look at some the upgraded damptronic dampers that Bilstein do, so either Sport B6, Sprint B8 or even the B16 coil overs.

I do NOT want to ruin the ride of my car, which is currently on 19" wheels, although I am looking for a suitable set of 18" I haven't found any yet, I have been down the upgrade route with several of the Lotus's I used to own and although they were all great on track they were definitely compromised on road and I don't do any track days now. I do still drive in a pretty spirited manner and would like the car to be as sharp as possible while still retaining decent ride quality.

Does anybody have experience in the above suspension options and can offer advice/comparison with the OE setup??
