Hi,

I have just bought a 3.2 Carrera in original unpainted mint condition. It’s a sport model and I want it sans spoilers.

I’ve sourced a non sport deck-lid from the continent with no holes as with every spoiler removal I’ve seen one can see where the holes have been welded up and the filler’s subsequently sunk. I intend to strip the lid to bare metal with Nitromors.

I am also going to remove the front spoiler as they were delivered. I will not be requiring the additional downforce in central London!

I am toying with getting a new front valance or having the holes in it welded up after I’ve stripped the valance. The valance is coated with I believe a Wurth stone-chip from the factory. What I seek is a very competent body shop who can re-spray both panels as they were by the works.

Anyone know of one that won’t make a right royal Horlicks of it?!! It’s not rocket science but I simply need a body shop who can replicate that factory finish…

Thanks

E & A Coachworks in Wembley seem to have a decent Porsche rep? Believe they're near Jaz.

A 3.2 Carrera with no paint? Seriously? It must be the only one!

Heres a few pics of mine without the spoiler - first owner removed it. Any excuse to post pics! It really is as good as it looks.

Very well observed dear boy.

Special order L699

Sublime colour on what is arguably and collectively the finest machine ever constructed.

The G50 Coupe is a legend. A finely tuned hammer designed to effortesly devour continents.

For sale when I'm dead...

The decklid/spoiler will be wrapped in blankets for the new custodian one day.

I want in non sport. The garish spolier destroys the lines IMPHO.

It's all bolt on. I'm not that stupid/shallow.
