Blimey! That's what I call a body kit!!
Discussion
Surfing the stateside sites and came across this.
It's a body conversion for the Infiniti G35 - a sort of 4 seater 350z sold in the states.
They claim no cutting or mechanical work.
Bit of a Lambo pastiche but it's not a replica of anything and I have to say I think it looks stunning! That's how to do it...
Walk round video of the car here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFR2IDDACEI
Full kit is equivalent £7k but what a stunning car! http://www.vaydor.com/
Now I wonder if it could be adapted to fit the G35 sibling, a 350Z? *ahem*

Didn't know that - just checked and they do seem to command a premium.
Bodykit would be about £10k landed in UK so, what do you reckon, £25-30k to have one of these on the road then?
Quite steep but uber exclusive and will have them guessing now that the tax disc is a thing of the past...
Can't stop looking at it

Just found a build thread on one of these and it seems there is actually a fair bit of cutting involved so it would have to go through IVA.
The whole body comes off as does the entire roof and they weld in a sub-structure/roll cage to replace the top half integrity. Can't say the way it's welded/weld points fills me with confidence.
HERE
Shame...
EDITED to add pics of the cage welded on:

That isn't a roll cage! That is a collection of metal welded into a car that would probably kill you in a crash!
There is no real triangulation in there, and the welding to the strut tops you showed is laughable! That would snap off at the first hint of a crash!
Shame as the body does look stunning!
