Ah the XJR-15, didn't JC test drive one of these and him stating it was one of the worst handling cars ever and the test drivers were just plain scared to drive the thing?

lovely looking car though

who cares....i'd just put it in the garage and stroke it gently (the car that is).
Whilst whispering soft nothings to it...

Going for a lie down in a dark room now

Indeed. Big V12 mounted too high mid ships = high polar movement of inertia, superstiff suspension and steering lacking in feel made for one hell of a tricky car to drive on the limit. More than one were crashed from a straight line!

'tis beautiful though

There is something very Zonda-esque about the layout / way the cabin sits on top of the chassis!

I also seem to remember that when JC was pushing it in a straight line, he managed to get wheel spin in pretty much any gear he tried, maybe upto and include fifth.

Impressive

Jag should rebuild this car into a proper racing sports car ready for lemans and any one with enough money to buy one, still its a monstor to drive second to the SEAC (only kidding, but what a nice looking car.
Shame that Jag is shit a markering.

Race regulations, so marshals can attach a towrope quickly without having to demolish various bits of trim to get at it.
