Last time I was in North Wales for a weekend, I stayed in a pleasant B&B in Conwy and parked my rental 911 on the street. No problem. This time I will be in a new 918 Spyder and it's mine so I'm suddenly getting fussy about accommodation. I'm not looking for a lock-up (though that would be nice) but I don't want the car visible from the street or too close the front bar come closing time. Any hotel or B&B ideas will be very welcome. We are talking a Sat and Sun in early May.

Posh hotel and spa nearby

Away from undesirables and should be perfectly safe outside.

Call ahead to the concierge and request a VIP parking space out front where the overnight security and cameras can see it clearly

Done.

Enjoy your break

Their sister hotel Hartwell House (near Aylesbury) was good enough for President Clinton to stay in when he was over here visiting John Major + Michael Schumacher always stayed there whenever the F1 Gp was going on.....so I think this one will do you smile

Groes Inn, a favourite amongst petrolheads.

Never had any problems parking my cars there and the food and accommodation is lovely.

Another recommend for the Groes Inn. Parking is by the road though (there are spaces in front of the hotel but also across the street in parking area, where you can park without someone next to you).

Portmeirion fits the bill and a very interesting place to visit too.

parking entirely secure , the Hotel itself, one of the buildings in the village or Castell Deudraeth all good

Groes inn is also fine but a little basic. Barely any traffic past it either.

If you want some route advice happy to help. great roads in that part of the world.

Looks nice, will book mark it. Just down the road the triangle too, they say a bit of exercise before breakfast is good for you.

Middlethorpe Hall isn't bad either, useful for when you pick her up.

No, I don't pick mine up for a fortnight or so yet.
