Cruise control and Bluetooth retrofit

Hi everybody,

I'm new here.
I have a V8 Vantage 4.3 from feb 2006.

I am retrofitting cruise control and bluetooth by installing a new steering wheel.
Can I flach the ECU to set Cruise Control "On" without a AMDS ?

Retrofitting cruise is so easy, £50 for the button, solder 3 wires in 5 mins and then £30 to flash. Cheapest and best upgrade I've ever done.

Running perfectly for the last few months.

Someone did try to scaremonger that it wouldn't work properly and would randomly go on and off, I assume their soldering was crap as this hasn't been the case for me.

BT is a different ball game but I installed a Dension500 with BT. Gives me calls and music streaming in the DB9.

Sump what is the model you take for the DENSION ?
Can you use the volume buttons on the steerind wheel ?

Any more info, or a link? I collect my 56 plate vantage on Saturday - it doesn't have cruise but if it's that easy I'd like to add it.

You say £30 to flash ? My dealer want £200 to flash :-(

Can I flash myself with ELM327 ?
