Track day this Monday !
Discussion
I would increase the fronts to about 19psi but they may need to be adjusted as they heat up on track.
The shocks I would wind up to 9 or 10 clicks (make them stiffer) for Silverstone which is quite a smooth track.
Take some spanners, etc. too as things may need tightening up.
Start slowly and build speed and do a slow down lap on the way back in to give it chance to cool.
Most important of all. Enjoy the day.

All set for my first day at Silverstone in the gtr.
Looking for recommendations for:
Tyre pressures - set to 16 and 21 psi for the road - but what for the track ?
Intrax shocks - set to 6 clicks for the road - but what for the track ?
Thanks

I have the factory gold double adjustables which may be different to yours.Looking for recommendations for:

I found a very noticeable difference in handling running less clicks at the front vs the rear.
On road I run now at 4 clicks front, 6 clicks rear, on track I up both by 3 (7 front, 9 rear). Previously I ran 7 all round on the road and 10 all round on the track. Lots of understeer.
I am not a fast track driver, but still noticed the difference.
