Bentley builds a Harlequin
Well, almost - the Breitling Jet Team Continental will certainly stand out in a crowd.
Built to celebrate the connection between Bentley and Breitling, and also the latter's jet display team, the Bentley Continental GT Speed Breitling Jet Team Series Limited Edition (yes, really) is a limited-to-seven edition. Each is inspired by one of the aircraft which - as you've doubtless noticed - means bright yellow detailing beneath the front bumper, side sills and around the exhaust pipes.
Next to which the jet-reflecting two-tone colour scheme of dark blue below and grey above looks almost restrained - although it does give the Conti a passing and probably unintended resemblance to the multi-coloured Volkswagen Polo Harlequin from the 1990s when viewed from behind.
Inside it's a similar story - like the standard Continental Speed but slightly more, well, vibrant. There are yellow accents to the door panels, seats and dash top - plus a display of the seven Breitling display aircraft in formation, with the one that car is inspired by highlighted. In yellow, of course. The customisation work has been done by Bentley's in-house bespoke division, Mulliner, which - as the Breitling Jet Team Series proves - can pretty much do anything you want.
Given a relevant tie up with Breitling and their flight team, the resulting potentially crass upgrades of colours and bling on an already quite blingy [cliche] footballer's car [/cliche], it looks pretty neat, obviously we can't comment on the back as thre's no image of it...

Not so fussed on the rear
The whole editorial is that some writer bizarrely thinks this new Bentley looks like an old Polo, but only from the rear. Which we haven't even supplied you with a photo of.
For the avoidance of doubt;
Really?
Anyway, I like it might do without the yellow highlights on the exterior but other than that I think the colour scheme beautiful.
