GT4: Silver door pull option availability?

I'm hoping to get a definite yes or no on the availability of silver door pulls? I specified silver belts on a previous 987 Spyder which came with silver door pulls. If I ordered silver belts on the GT4, would I also get silver door pulls? If not, what would I need to option to get them?

The rest of my spec includes full leather with platinum stitching so I'm hoping I've covered the bases but am having difficulty getting confirmation on door pull colour? Having silver belts with black door pulls just doesn't work for me.

with platinum stitching, you just select platinum door pull, don't you?

There's no specific option for door pulls.

I've asked my dealer to query with Porsche. I think I've covered the bases by selecting silver belts and leather with platinum stitching but who knows?!!

The Spyder configurator has a no cost door pull option in stitching colour with black being the default option which I have opted for as red looks too chavvy imo.

Was hoping for same on GT4 as going red stitching.....

Unfortunately they are......Spyder red or yellow stitching is effectively free unlike GT4 rip off at £801!

platinum, red or yellow stitching on Spyder is £558.

platinum stitching on GT4 is free, with red or yellow at £801.

non-contrast stitching not available on GT4.

door pulls are red if select red contrast stitching, yellow if select yellow pulls and black for everything else. The colour of the belts is irrelevant to the colour of door pulls.

Its extremely frustrating that the red stitching option has to be selected to get the red door pulls.

I'm going to look into purchasing the red door pulls separately once my car arrives..

Or find someone who likes the opposite and d o a swap. When I was considering red stitching, one reason I decided against it was having to have red door pulls, which then meant having red seat belts, which I do not like. OPC enquired if could have black door pulls with red stitching and was declined, so back to platinum stitching, black door pulls and seat belts.

By 'free' on the Spyder I meant same price as platinum........unlike the GT4.
