Which low profile trolley jack ?
Discussion
I've got one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Liftmaster-2-25-Ton-Low-...
It's a nice jack, plenty low enough, but I'd suggest getting a longer jack for a bit more flexibility, especially at the front end.

i use these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LASER-TOOLS-5669-CAR-RAM...
then you can use a normal jack... low enough to roll the car on by pushing, light and easy to store

saw these in costco..... although 10.2 cm min height might be a tight fit under the front....

I'm liking the look of the liftmaster though! is it reasonable quality?
looking at over 250 for a bluepoint one I would have thought?

I think the Liftmatser is sold in many variants, it looks identical to a Pittsburgh low profile sold here in the US by Harbor Freight. I have 3 of them and they work well, albeit not particularly long reach. My solution is a pair of low profile ramps to get that extra clearance if required.
I also have a 4 post lift, which was the best money I spent, not only for work access but it provides an extra parking space! If you don't have room and spend a lot of time under the car consider these if available in the UK; http://www.quickjack.com/ Available through Summit Racing and other good retailers.
