I've never had locking wheel nuts but when changing to winters today the garage said I really should. They were not trying to sell me a set as they sent me to a place in Reading and even told me who to speak to to get a little discount!

Their system didn't have any Aston listed, so none bought.

There must be some that fit as Aston sell them as an option here

I'm not convinced that they are needed (definitely not at £98!).

Anyone with recommendations?

It is odd that any car comes without them to be honest, but the wheels on the astons (afaik) don't actually fit anything else so they are (touch wood) very low risk of being half inched - you would hop that anyone that has spent their hard earned buying one wouldn't upgrade their wheels from a bloke down the pub.

When I purchased my car, the first thing I did was put Aston ones on my car. Can't answer your question about compatibles, put I thought the £100 for the Aston ones was worth it.

I thought steeling wheels was a thing of the eighties..................?? Does it still happen??

Any locking wheel bolts or nuts I've had on cars in recent years could easily have been taken off with a few select tools. I guess they are a deterrent, but a good impact socket, extension bar and hammer, and in my mind, most would come off. Universal kits just for this job can be bought for £20!!

I've got a set of the OEM Aston ones available (somewhere). PM me with an offer, if you're interested.
