Brand new fridge, door top seal not sealing

Just had a brand new fridge delivered this morning, on swapping the door hinges round this morning, I've noticed that the top of the door seal in not sealing to the fridge body;



If I push the top of the door it seals property, though for all of 5 seconds before the seal breaks;



At first I just thought it was due to the door swap, but the gap is equal on either side of the door;



Any ideas before I phone up and ask for a replacement or should the seal vent at the top of a fridge door ?

After further investigation, I have now solved the issue, there is an additional button screw installed at the factory that isn't mentioned in the Door Swapping instructions, removing this screw have fixed the problem;

Having removed the additional screw and refitting the hinge;


Nothing I can find in the instructions tells you to remove it when swapping the hinge sides;
