Where have all the DBS Manuals gone

Where have all the DBS Manuals gone...?
They've gone to the same place that the V12 Vantages (also manual) have gone... to people like myself who've realised that demand is far outstripping supply. Which means to fulfil our dreams of buying these future classics we've had to step up and put our money where our mouth is.
Of course even the Automatic DBS models are gaining in popularity no doubt to (what some would say) is the best looking modern day Aston and of course the Bond connection (despite him driving the manual). Having driven the DBS I'd say it's a great GT. You shouldn't wait too long to pick one up...
My advice if you're looking for a DBS Manual is to contact the Astond dealers and have them contact you as soon as they know of a new one up for sale to your specs. It took me three attempts to get my V12V as other people kept beating me to it. Good luck!

But they are always selling at a big discount to the autos, any reason for this discount (or premium for the autos, to put it another way)...?
Really, the manuals seem to cost more when i see then dont forget they wll be older.Latheron said:
I actually managed to bag a second DBS last week with 17k black on black bit of a bargain. I was going to keep it and sell my other one which has 25k on the clock also black on black, but not sure whether to keep them both now at least to see where things go
Wow, you got two?! Where are the photos of these two black beauties together...

Upon looking again I see you are right. It was last year I was looking hard and the manuals were always cheaper. Now I can only find one on the market (2009 - 13k miles £89,995).
There's a rather nice one here for sale - unfortunately it's LHD and in Switzerland .... http://www.astonriviera.ch/fr/nos-vehicules/aston-...Octavarium said:

Very nice. Dont let Latheron see it he will snap this one up as well.
Yeah that silver one at BHP has been around for a while, the one in Switzerland looks nice and I am doing a european tour haha.. £91k though I managed to get the 17k DBS for £65k as thats what the Edinburgh dealer offered the chap I bought it from, even though its a 09 car it doesn't have B&O.
