I have similar dilemma regarding tyre choice as well.
I have just bought a set of 19" Satin Black Lightweight forged alloys from AM Works that came off a brand new V12 Vantage S.
The OEM rear tyres for these wheels are 295/30 Pirelli PZero Corsas, but that is for the V12 Vantage S with circa 600 BHP, but these are going on my 2007 V8 Vantage Roadster with circa 380 BHP.
As far as I am aware the factory still supply new V8 and V8 Vantage S cars with Bridgestone RE050A 285/35 rear tyres
General consensus on here seems to be that the Michelin PSS is a better tyre and yet the factory fit OEM is Bridgestone RE050A?
I have a similar concern regarding the harshness of ride, but given that my existing wheels are V8 Vantage S 19" alloys and the new alloys are 19" as well I was not expecting a dramatic difference in ride quality?
Decisions.......decisions

Michelin or Pzero's all good
Michelin Super Sports are better between the 2......
DONT choose the Bridgestones EVER
FYI the Lightweight Wheels you have are a lot wider that standard V8 and V8S wheels you will need to stick 255/35/19 and 295/30/19 because of the wheel width

A bit off topic though, but can I also fit 305 tires to the v12s lightweight wheels? I would hope that those will fill the rear arches better than the 295 do.

V12S wheels are 9" and 11" wide. Watch your inner wheel surface on your dampers.
