Just FYI, Porsche Sutton Coldfield which permanently moved to Wolverhampton in April, will now remain open also, following customer feedback.

Effectively means an additional OPC has been added to the network, not replaced.

How about Porsche Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe? Trips off the tongue nicely.

York? Harrogate? I am struggling to think of a town big enough to justify an OPC between Leeds and Newcastle apart from those two.

It has been mooted for the last four years................

Can't come soon enough; driving for over an hour to get a service is a pain..........

The Teesside conurbation has a large hinterland, currently served by Leeds and Newcastle.

Mind you the airport situation is just as bad. Three flights a day using one of the longest runways in the country.
For info. the airport is run by Peel whose aim is to build on it, not develop it as an airport. They have systematically dismantled it over the last 10 years, including a ridiculous, expensive renaming operation.

Yes, it's supposedly going to be just up from the Audi garage in Stockton.

I heard it from a Newcastle salesman three years ago when I was doing a Croft Porsche event.
IF it happens will probably be same group as Newcastle and Leeds (JCT 600)

Not enough brass around here to make it financially viable anyway
