Looks good apart from the 6 year gap between services from 2010 - 2016. Could be an innocent explanation?

Will you find many sticking to annual service intervals if you only do 1000 miles per year? Especially at that price.

That's not just a service, there must be something else in there. Either way, with no depreciation, £650/year to run a sports car like this is good value IMO. I'd much rather spend £650 on a Lotus service than £650 in depreciation on a euro hatch

Exactly re depreciation - total waste of money

He said it had the rebuild and the service in the service gap and only a few miles so less concerned.
