As per the title, I presume they are selling genuine parts. Are they ok?

Parts I bought were genuine and as described, they accepted an offer and delivery was prompt.

I ordered a secondhand GT3 short-shifter for my 996. The aluminum parts were corroded, and all linkage parts had loads of play. They offered me a replacement; because of the condition of the first one I asked for pictures. It looked to be the same s-h-y-te. Shifter went back and money was refunded after only minor hassle. Have heard similar stories from other customers.

In short, they might be O.K. for new parts. If you're interested in secondhand parts, be VERY careful.

I am considering buying a new part. Just want to make sure the parts are genuine and they are ok to deal with.

Yes, parts are original.

The other problem customers very often face is that parts are not available. They offer them on the website, but when you order, you get told part is not available.

Good luck anyway...

They have told me that they can't supply the part I wanted which was listed on their website with a price.

Bought some small new items from them recently and found everything good! Would buy again.

Interesting that the views are largely positive as I was messaging these guys yesterday about a set of Cayenne 958 Turbo 3 alloys that they have for sale. Wheels are very well priced (about £2k for a used set) so I asked to see some pictures of the wheels. There was something that didn't look quite right, with the spokes being slightly less 'sharp' and more rounded than I thought they should be. After comparison with pictures of genuine wheels and known copies, it was clear they weren't genuine, but Teile continue to insist they were genuine, and that they only sell genuine.

Tell you what, what do you think? Here's a picture of a genuine Turbo 3 alloy.

These are the pictures of what Teile are claiming to be their genuine alloys. Look at the spokes.

Ask them to send you photos of the part numbers on the back of the wheels.

They look identical to me. The light is very different hence the spokes appear thinner.

I've used them before and can recommend their services. I did have an issue with my order and only got 15 bolts instead of 16 but called them and another bolt turned up the following morning. I couldn't have asked for better service.
