Anyone knows how to access driving data on the satnav screen on a V12VS (old style centre console). My dealer did explain it to me but I forgot and can't find any explanation in owner's manual.
I remember you could see info as achieved top speed, etc.,...

On the map screen, highlight the current speed and press enter.

Note to self - must try harder …..

Thanks Pete, very much appreciated!

I did slightly better but I definitely need to try harder also! :-)

I'm sure someone else on here has a higher recorded top speed.
Maybe PH'ers could take a pic of their log screen and share?

Ask, and ye shall receive.

Waw, that is mighty impressive indeed and needs quite a stretch of traffic-free autobahn! I've achieved 172MPH at Millbrook in a V12VS provided by AML for the PDC but had to brake at the end of the mile straight.

You'll need to upgrade to a V12 Vantage/V12 Vantage S from MY12 upwards to get
1. The log screen
2. 199MPH... or more!

Well my SP10 V8S has the function on its Garmin Nav but could it do 199mph downhill with a tailwind? Not sure if the 6 speed manual V8S is at the redline at its 190mph Vmax or not. If not then maybe you don't need a V12. Don't let that put you off though smile

I noticed that the drive log screen indicates ca. 300 km more under mileage, compared to the tachometer screen on the head unit. Did you guys notice that as well?

Cheers, Jarod

Mileage on the log screen is not the car's total mileage but the mileage since the last reset.

But how can it be more than the total mileage of the car?

Maybe the reading is different as the log depends on the satellite and the one on the odometer is mechanical. Either that or it has never been reset since the car's new and the one on the log indicates total mileage including factory test miles prior to delivery and the odometer put on zero miles. Just guessing here.

So far yes although the margin is clearly small. Was that all your own work? Am I allowed to ask where you achieved such greatness? Before you answer that, does anyone know if the satnav records WHERE the car was when it achieved its all time Vmax?

To be honest, this certainly isn't any of my doing. And I doubt very much that it's any of the previous owner's either. This is my SP10's readout, and unless that little button marked with an 'S' does a lot more than I think it does, it's probably safe to say that the device's accuracy is somewhat questionable.
