Hello,

Just moved over from owning a 997 c4s cab to a Vantage roadster 08 and so far loving it.

Now, seen the fuse 22 removal video on You Tube, but when I look in the boot I cannot see the fuse box. After removing the compressor there is a box that is bolted to the panel. Can anybody advise where this fuse is, so I can check if its in or not...

Also, the centre caps on my wheels are showing a few signs of pitting and wondering the best place to purchase replacements.

Any help appreciated

I bought replacement centre caps for my 08 Roadster from the main dealer, I think all 4 were less than £30.

Fuse 22 was already pulled when I bought it back in 2012, so can't help you there.

Now sold...and sorely missed

Welcome...I moved from pork years ago and haven't looked back either!

Help with the fuse box:

You can usually find the wheel centres on eBay, main dealers or amongst various other suppliers here:

Welcome Anthony.

I am sure that you will enjoy your Vantage. Don't forget, we always like to see a photograph of new members cars.

The bolted box under the tyre compressor that you refer to, is the fuse box (unless there is something different from a 4.7). It has a black lid that lifts upwards. You need to feel for and squeeze clips. From memory, fuse 22 is near the back of the car. I think there might be two rows of fuses. If so, it is the row towards the centre line of the car. If you wish you can buy and fit a remote operation for fuse 22. It is very easy to fit and does not require any fusebox lid cutting.

I had some new wheel centre-caps fitted at a service, and was not charged very much.

Have fun with your car.

In a roadster the fuse box is on left hand side of boot beneath a panel in the floor.
