What gearbox have I got?

Can anyone assist. I have a Porsche gearbox, but I'm having trouble identifying the exact type. The code is G96002004622. I know it is a 996 box but not sure what type.

Yes 911 Carrera 1998-99 Model M220. No idea what M220 stands for.

That's a nice surprise, as it came with some other spares in a job lot!. I'm currently developing a mid-engined rear wheel drive car, based on an earlier Noble designed Ultima style chassis and I think the newer G987 box may be a better bet, there are more around. So it is surplus to requirements, so will place it in the classified ads. Any idea of value? I also have a few Renault UN1 boxes too.
