Fitting tyres, sensors and valves to Cayenne wheels

I have a recently refurbished spare set of Cayenne RS Spyder wheels, new winter tyres, TPMS sensors and valves.
The problem is that all the components are separate; is fitting all these things together something that should only be entrusted to an OPC? Or could any spit and sawdust tyre fitting outfit do it?
